Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds. Please be sure of your purchase before buying. Services are transferable to another party at our discretion.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Non-refundable items include:

  • Readings
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Card decks and books
  • Other physical products
  • Other services

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item or find errors in your item, please contact [email protected]. We will do our best to help you get a replacement if we were responsible for the damage or error.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at [email protected]. We will send you instructions for return of the defective or damaged product. You may need only to provide photos of the damage, and we will send you a replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates do not expire and can be used by you or by another party as long as they have a valid gift certificate ID #.  No refunds are given for unused gift certificates.

Shipping

If you need to send a damaged or defective item back, send us an email at [email protected], and we will send you shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will cover the shipping for any item we send back to you as an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us for an exchange, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, otherwise.
